Lesson 7 - Add Employees
With this HRM component, you keep track of employees' vacation and sick days.
- Click on Absence
- Enter the number of vacation days per year.
- Process the month in the usual way
- The number of vacation days for the relevant month is automatically added during processing.
- When you process January, the balance from the previous year is also automatically transferred.
When someone takes vacation:
- Enter the start and end dates on a new line
- Adjust the number of vacation days if necessary
- The Balance is updated automatically
Tracking sick days works similarly:
- Enter the start and end dates on a new line
- Adjust the number of sick days if necessary
