Lesson 7 - Add Employees

With this HRM component, you keep track of employees' vacation and sick days.

  1. Click on Absence
  2. Enter the number of vacation days per year.
  3. Process the month in the usual way
  • The number of vacation days for the relevant month is automatically added during processing.
  • When you process January, the balance from the previous year is also automatically transferred.

When someone takes vacation:

  1. Enter the start and end dates on a new line
  2. Adjust the number of vacation days if necessary
  • The Balance is updated automatically

Tracking sick days works similarly:
